“Good communication is critical in a high performing team, so after a company re-structure I wanted my new team to gel quickly and build good relationships, especially with their new colleagues. I recalled my TetraMap training ten years ago, when I first arrived here from South Africa. I learned from first-hand experience how TetraMap transforms team communication and was simple and fun to learn.

We organised an off-site team-building day and asked one of the Certified TetraMap Facilitators at GoodSense to run a half day workshop for our operations team of six. We were all based in Auckland so GoodSense ran the workshop face-to-face with us, rather than online.

The workshop itself was very hands on and interactive. Our Facilitator, Jo Patterson, made the TetraMap content specific, helping each participant understand how TetraMap relates to their role at Coregas. Jo made it interesting for everyone and kept the team all going at the same pace.
