Our clients Auckland Whale and Dolphin Safari (above) were commended by the judges for Restoring Nature and won the Partnering for Good category alongside joint winners, and GoodSense clients, NZ Post. Congrats Paul, Mark, Brad, Dawn, Sam and all your teams!
Engrossed in the Awards
GoodSense found ourselves at the heart of the most exciting sustainable business event of the year on 30th November. Not only was our own Kath Dewar back helping judge the awards but some of the brilliant organisations we have worked with were celebrated in them.
Auckland Whale & Dolphin Safari were joint winners of the Partnering for Good category and were the Commendation in the Restoring Nature Category (Zealandia won). NZ Post were the other joint winners of the Partnering for Good category for their work with NZ Red Cross and were Commended for Smarter Transport. NZ Post also won the Supreme Award – yay!!!
We were delighted the great work Green Cabs and Thankyou Payroll do was recognised in them being finalists too. We should be clear these awards were for our clients’ sustainable practices, rather than any marketeing and comms work we have been proud to do with them, but we love basking in their reflected glory!
We find all the finalist stories exciting but it’s particularly rewarding when companies you know first hand are recognised for their achievements. There is so much great work being done in Aotearoa and the record number of entries made for an extremely high standard across categories. Congratulations to everyone involved.
Kath Dewar, Kylie Bailey and Melissa Fletcher from the GoodSense team attended the stellar Awards night held at Shed 10, Queens Wharf Auckland.
