A small and interesting group of foodie entrepreneurs have piloted an exciting new initiative to help emerging food businesses be sustainable and thrive.
The Kitchen Project is a collaboration between ATEED, Panuku Development Auckland and Healthy Families (Waitakere), and is set to change the foodscape in West Auckland by supporting healthy and sustainable food businesses.
GoodSense Director Jo Patterson ran a session on marketing and branding, and guest speakers Line and John from Line’s Knækebrød, showed how their packaging had evolved over their five year journey to become a delicious multi award winning success.
